Ok I will help you as much as possible. It seems like you had a lot of details, so that will help me.Proactive is supposed to work, but your skin is too sensitive so that won't work. What you need to stop that acne is homemade remedies, right products for your
face. So we'll start with the remedies:
From what you heard lemon juice DOES help your acne. So does oatmeal. The ordinary potato is believed by many to relieve dry skin, and that is true. Vitamin E can also help your acne, and Aspirin masks are also convenient to your skin. So I guess everything you heard is right! Some really GOOD homemade remedies are:
Oatmeal is known to be a very good in help you maintain an oil free skin by absorbing it. All you have to do is make a thick paste by mixing regular oatmeal and water and apply it to your
face for 10 to 20 minutes twice a day, preferably in the morning and at night before
going to sleep. Rinse the paste off your
face preferably with cool water.
Another very effective facial mask for those with oily skin is made from honey and apples. Just make an apple paste and add 3 to 4 tablespoons of honey mix it well and gently apply it to your
face, leave it to work for 15 minutes, the rinse it well with warm water.
Since Acne is caused by clogged pores and hair follicles, washing your
face three times a day can help clear the blocked passages naturally. Many soaps can leave a residue on your skin which can make the Acne worse. So, instead of using soap, gently wash your
face with table salt. The grains of salt will act like a facial scrub. Plus, the salt will help reduce the inflammation.
Another homemade remedy to cure Acne is to use Calamine Lotion on the affected areas. The chief ingredient in this soothing liquid is zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is a natural antiseptic that helps the skin to heal.
For oily and dry skin:
For oily skin, mix 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 egg white, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/2 cup mashed apple into a smooth paste. Apply to
face and leave on 15 minutes. Rinse.
Use an oatmeal scrub to remove layers of dead skin.
Grind oatmeal into a powder, and then wet your
face with hot water. Scrub gently with the ground oatmeal, and then rinse with hot water. Repeat as necessary.
To help soothe an especially dry complexion, dip a
washcloth in buttermilk and pat on your
face. Allow the buttermilk to air dry. Then rinse.
To help dry out an especially oily complexion, dip a
washcloth in yogurt and pat it on your
face. Allow
the yogurt to air dry. Then rinse.

This natural remedy for acne is simple enough. The premise behind it the idea that if you drink a sufficient amount of water per day, typically 7-8 glasses of water a day, your body is cleansed of elements of toxicity that can actually contribute to the development and spread of acne. If you have a good diet, sleep properly and exercise regularly be assured that half your battle is won. Apart from this keeping your skin clean is absolutely essential and you could do this with the help of cotton dipped in alcohol. This is beneficial in killing the bacteria and also for cleansing the pores thoroughly. But make sure not to overuse alcohol or repeat this process often as this can lead to skin irritation or the skin can also start peeling. According to experts an overtly oily skin should be treated with an oatmeal mask to get good results. Oatmeal when mashed not only acts as a great scrub but also effectively soaks away the excess oil from your
face. The usage of oatmeal paste must be followed by a cold water rinse that helps in contracting the pores. Other homemade acne treatments involve the usage of honey with apples where grated apple is mixed with honey and this paste needs to be made to dry on the
face for a stretch of 15- 20 minutes after which warm water should be used to wash it off. This procedure can be followed twice or thrice a week depending upon the skin type of the person in question. Apart from having a great diet and applying magical concoctions it is important for you to have a daily intake of vitamins. Tests carried out by experts have proved that an intake of five thousand international units of vitamin A each day can actually decrease pimples. Vitamin B6 makes the skin more tenacious and consequently reduces the chances of a pimple outbreak. Zinc, in mild doses, if taken before an outbreak, can prevent acne from happening.
It's okay if you exercise, and sweat. That's totally normal. Just wash your
face with salt and water to treat the sweat so it won't infect the acne. The foods you eat are fine, but for a full acne-treating healthy diet visit these sites:
