It could be from your diet, personal hygeine habits, hormones. Try exercise, drinking more water, eating more fruit and vegtables. Boring I know. Also try a face and body wash with salicylic acid. Benzoyl peroxide products for spot treatments. Also if you can always wash you face and body before you go to sleep. There are lots of tips online that should help. You could also try seeing a deramatologist if you can. They might be able to help you find out what is causing the pimples and the best way for you to treat them. Good Luck

I went to islands of adventure and went on a lot of water rides, now i dont know what was in the water, but that same night when i got home, i started to notice these pimples on my body, just four, and they are fairly small but every day they start to turn redder and redder and they dont not itch but the area around them itches. what is happening to my skin. also my hands all of sudden are warmer than usual. they are usually cold and people when they give me handshakes say that my hands are cold, but now i can actually feel they are extra warm. this is so weird, because i never had any problems, i am not alergic to anything...and i dont think i am. but what can i put on these pimples to make them go away, they are not noticealbe to people but they bother me. thank you!

If these pimples are kind of clear-like with red around them, you may have molluscum like I have, which is completely unrelated to going to water parks. It is basically a harmless virus which certain people can get, because they haven't built up an immunity yet. They go away by themselves in time, and are not usually problematic, though they were kinda itchy. Though I am not sure this is what you have, because that water park you went to sounds awfully suspicious......

I'm a 17 year old girl and i've had mild facial acne since i was about 12 or 13. recently i've started getting pimples on my back and chest and i have never had them there before. they've stayed for several months. what could be causing this?

Use some rubbing alcohol and apply a VERY small amount on your pimple. And if you’re kinda embarrassed where some of your acne is appearing from, you can disguise it by use a Q-tip or cotton ball and apply it on. Oh and try this! Mix olive oil and salt together and apply it to your face. It really works! I know "oil" but trust me, it works. Don't use products like Proactive...IT DOES NOT REALLY WORK! Oh and another way to zap pimples is toothpaste and shaving cream! Use toothpaste and apply it to your pimple and cover it up with a band-aid. Shaving cream works too, apply it on and your acne will dry up immediately....but don't forget to wash your face even though it’s gone. Dab garlic juice on your face. It works too, and tries smashing an aspirin tablet and mixes some lemon juice with it and applies to your face daily . Don't stress out and try to keep your hands and hair away from your face! I'm not dirty (i take showers), i haven't had anything strange to eat, so i don't think it's food allergy...not pregnant, so couldn't be hormones, also, i'm not on any hormone birth control either....just all of the sudden i got all these pimples popping out all over my body, started yesterday morning w/ a little blister looking one on my hand, i got little blisters and little red pimples (not the white head kind) they're even on my head, not too many, but more and more keeps popping out, as if i just hit puberty or something, and itching...i've also got very slight fever, but only in the evenings, no other symptoms that i know of...can anyone explain? probably won't be able to make it to the doctor's until it'll go away lol they're very busy...

Sounds like you might have the chicken pox. To help with the itching you can take Benadryl orally and take an Aveeno oatmeal bath (sold at drug stores) and put caladryl or calamine lotion on the sores. Chicken pox will be everywhere on your head, in your ears etc. just depends how severe the case maybe. I would call the doctor because you are probably very contagious right now. If I remember correctly chicken pox last approximate 14 days.

Okay ive been breaking out on my back lately,theyr just scars now but i have a few pimples and my engagment party is next month (july) and i dont want it to get worse, ive never had back pimples before, i used to have short hair (to my shoulders) but ive been growing my hair the past 3 years and its to the middle of my back now and i always have it down, this got me to thinking my hair constantly being on my back is the cause of this, maybe because all the product in it etc. does anyone have any tips that will help me get rid of scarring and pimples on my back in a month?? any over the counter products? home remedy body masks? iv just been putting rubbing alcohol on my back with a cotton ball and i use neutorgena body clear wash..i bought aloe vera gel and im gonna use that too. any suggestions are greatly appreciated thank you so much!!

keep your hair off your back and use some organic soaps that dont contain chemicals. you can buy ones that help control acne etc. have a look at your diet and see if youve been eating more of a certain kind of food that might be triggering a reaction that is causing oil secretion in your skin to increase.

I've had this problem for quite some time and it was getting better but now all of a sudden is getting worse. i have a lot of cystic pimples in my arm pits, on and around my breasts, my waistline, and even in my genital area. no, they are not warts or anything like that. i've been to a derm. and they gave me a little cream bottle. well that didn't work. i know i'm not the only one out there with this problem. they are very painful and the worse and bigger they get the more self consious i am. how do i get rid of these things so i can have more confidence? this is totally effecting the sex life with my husband too as i hate how they look.

Go back to the dermatologist. You need something stronger than cream. Did you show him/her the cystic pimples on your body? You might need antibiotics or something strong to attack the problem from the inside of your body. Also, try lathering with an antibacterial soap (I like Dial) and make sure to shower right after your workouts; pimples like sweat. You might have a hormonal problem. Have you switched birth controls or anything? My acne went away when I went on Yasmin (and I suffered facial and body acne for about 13 years).

It's just start popping out like pop corn all of a sudden.i never eat food new to my body nor do anything to appear so many of it.i have a good fair and smooth skin before.its been a month since the time it popped out.help me!

best and cheapest way is to wet the sulfur on a match tip and apply that to the white head , it is the most effective way to date. You want the sulfur to stay on as much as posible. Just dont rub up against anything and cause a spark-just kidding. But you knew someone was going to say it!

As of recently i have been getting many pimples. i have never been one to get pimples anywhere besides my face ( very small pimples and only like a couple at a time( hardly noticeable)) and occasionally i would get a few small pimples on my back ( very few and again hardly noticeable(definately not a problem.)) now all of a sudden i have been getting small pimples all over my body...... i've got pimples on my face ( more than normal) pimples on my back ( a very high number of pimples none are big though) i've been getting them on my shoulders, forearms and arms in general....... i also have been getting pimples on the insides of my legs.... the last spot i have been getting them and definately the most embarrassing spot is my but.... there are probably a solid 15-20 small pimples on my but right now.... i have no idea what to do about all of these pimples around my body and i cant stand being embarrassed by these gross little pimples taking over my body. does anyone have any reccomendations about what i can do? please help me asap thank you so much for your time thank you for your help. cetaphil hasnt been working for me.... i tried toothpaste last night and didnt see any results.... il try again tonight

Firstly, my apologies. They're a pain in the butt (literally, I guess). Secondly, try getting Clean &Clear 3 step facewash and using it in the shower-that way you can use it all over. Make sure to also use the moisturizer that comes in the three step on your face whenever you wash your face so it doesn't get dry. If your face (or any part of your body that you use it on, really) does get dry anyway, get cetaphil, an extremely effective and non-oily moisturizer that is also great for a base for concealer.
