I need to know too, my baby has the exact thing expect she is only six week, i did ask the doctor after a few days she was born and she said maybe she was just sucking on her lip and that it would go away, as the time has gone by it has just gotten bigger and redder.

i think you should relax...my baby brother had the same thing and my mom explained to me that it was a cluster of some cells or somthing but my mom said it would go away.my brother had it a t birth and it went away and got smaller as time went by and by the time he was one year..it went away... but just in case.....check with your baby`s doctor....btw.. im fifteen
