how to lose 2kg in a day? This is what i done and im a boxer.i had to lose 2kg in a day extream waight loss first thing when i got up out of bed i went out for a early jog i put on alot of cloths i put on 2 pairs of pants a t-shirt with a bin bag over it cut out holes in the bin bag to fit ur arms then i put on 2 more t-shirts and a hoody after the 30min jog i drank a glass of water then relaxed for 2hours after that 2 hours i drank another glass of water i got a skipping rope and skippid for 30min breaks in between after that i went to weigh myself i had lost 0.5 i had to lose 1.5 more after that i went out side and started to sprint for a while about 30 mins breaks in between you should start to feel very hungry now!!!STOP!!!! this is the time that the weight starts to fall off you you wont have to much energy left but push ur self to ur limmit you should have lost at least 1.3 already it should be about 8 o clock and drink another glass of water and if ur realy hungry eat something that has no fat then sleep with ur cloths on and in the morrning you should be 2kg lighter im 14 but i know what im talking about because i`ve done it myself.
