My chair broke and I hit the back of my head really hard. I stayed on the floor for @ 10 minutes, not sure what happened initially. Don`t think I lost conscienceness though. It happened about 2 hours ago. When I stood up I was dizzy and nauseous, a lil off balance. Now, of coarse, the back of my head hurts like crazy, along with my back and neck. What really hurts the worst is the bridge of my nose? I didn`t even hit that! Even my cheekbones hurt now and the nausea has gotten worse. My doctor is closed till tomorrow. Should I go to the ER?
