I hit my head hard, it`s a day since I hit it and the bump is still there and it hurts a lot. Should I worry?

I was sleeping on the bottom of a bunk bed, I`m not used to it. So I just stood up really fast and hit my head really hard. The beds weren`t made of wood, they were made of concrete, which is pretty hard. It`s been a bit more than a whole day and I still have the bump on my head, sometimes I feel dizzy and it hurts much! Is it worth worrying?

I"m a little bitty girl who got kicked in the nose by a size thirteen shoes. I did all kinds of test and they still say nothing is broken. It has been almost a month and a half and my nose still hurts, my nose is out of place, and I`m dizzy, light-headed, and more. There is definately something wrong with this picture, but the doctors just say its nothing wrong with it. What do I do?
