I need to determine which type of structure to use for non profit organization where the ceo/founder can not lose his authority. can a board remove a ceo? would a pres. vice etc be a better structure? were do i look to find the comparisons? important to protect the goal of the foundation. all i have found was what a board does but not the set up officers and what is their authoriy. need to structure it so the ceo has the last and final word. were do i find the rules on bd of directors & pres, vice etc.

I think it's impossible when you get religions whose main purpose is to brainwash people into their way. this problem becomes even trickier when the religion holds a majority, and through the democratic process, lawfully pushes their religion into all aspects of mainstream society. when the religion crosses the line from a spiritual movement, or a collection of people with similar beliefs, to an organised political and social machine, is when the religion becomes coercive to those around it. the only way that you can have true freedom from a religion in a country is to actively oppose it. now this is not to specifically say that all religious belief should be challenged (independent faith is harmless), but certainly the large organisational structures of change that wish to impose that set of beliefs on the country should be. please share your views.
