Im just gonna cut this short cause i know you dont want to read an article Haha. Yes so. Get a tissue, damp it with lemon juice. Before bed place it on top on your pimple bump for 3-5 minutes and then take it off. i had a massive one and i did it for 2 days. ITS GONE (:

Q. How do i get rid of the large pimple on my face?
the pimple has been there for at least a week and it is very hard you can see if you stretch the skin there is white stuff in it. everytime i put anything on it the skin over and around the area becomes dry and red. if i just leave it alone will it finally go away or does the stuff inside it have to come out?

It is not a pimple. It is a boil, as you mentioned something white - which is pus. You will have to get a prescription of a course of antibiotics. Or operate, which may leave a scar. I think medication is the best, as I said a course in antibiotics. But get it prescribed by a doctor.

Q. How do i get rid of a really hard pimple?
i use treatement from a dematologist, and my skin actually looks good, but i still get those occasional pimples. in this case its basically on my cheek, and its not really too large, but its extemely hard. i'll continue my normal face treatment routine, but is there anything i can do to get rid or it faster, or reduce the size a little more? at this stage, the pimple can't be popped. thanks for whatever advice you have to offer =]

I know this sounds gross, but sanitize a needle and poke it to drain the stuff out, I've done it before. Don't put peroxide on it tho it will bubble on the inside and make it bigger.

i wash my face daily with acne wash and i only get pimples sometimes, but when i do get them, they are sometimes hard to get rid of, what should i do to prevent them? also, what should i do to stop them from getting larger when they first start out? what will make face look fresh and that kind of dewy look (without anything that will clog my pores)? thank you.

why dont you try a mask to pull some of the oils in your face out and like the other girl said try not to touch your face a lot... i went to the doc for mine because i had the same thing and he prescribed me Benzaclin...im not sure if they still make it but after a year of using it i dont get pimples any more (well maybe just 1 or 2 around that time of the month)

Let me start by saying, I've never tried this...but a long time ago I was watching a television program and these guest who were two ladies who had a bunch of home remedies. I will say that a lot of them held true. Before the commercial break they said they had a remedy for acne. I was so excited to find out what it was so i waited through all the commercials and when they came back the remedy was that when you wake up first thing in the morning, pee on a wash cloth and wash your face with it. I know this sounds made up but I swear that is what they said. They said it HAD to be the FIRST pee but swore it worked. As I said, I didn't have the guts to try this but if you;'re desperate to try anything...
