I had this pimple that wasn't that big but it was noticeable and it hurt. i waited awhile to see if it would go away. but of course, instead, it turned into a white head and i didn't want this ugly white head right by the side of my my nose so i squeezed... i know it was stupid but i didn't know what else to do! then the next day, it had gotten bigger and like traveled up the side of my nose (it wasn't in one round area.) it was like a line traveling straight up about less than half an inch of whatever substance is lurking underneath my skin and its not budging! i tried to poke it with a needle (stupid again i know...). i was worrying why it was so big so i wanted to try to see what is inside. again, it didn't budge and now i have this big, unknown substance filled, painful pimple. any advice how to get rid of it? i really really need help thanks!

Firstly: i have excema. i'm stubborn about putting on creams and stuff; its always too greasy and gets in the way of things i want to do. i scratch like crazy, and if i do it enough, weird whitehead pimples begin to grow on my hands. so i have clusters of small pimples on my hands. one time, i forgot they were there and i scratched them open. they grew some thick, red, scab-like skin over themselves. then, being the idiot i am, i scratched those open. now i have holes in my fingers. not all the way through, but they're really deep, and i'm so, so, so terrified. will they ever fill up? secondly, i get ingrown hairs. which also make pimples. and before i knew what they were, i thought it was genuine body acne. so i popped a few. and now i think they're scars. they've been on my body for many months. am i stuck with popped leg pimples forever? and how in the world do i stop getting ingrown hairs? thirdly, i get acne on my face. but it's retarded acne. sometimes it's like a huge red bump, and there's pus inside, but you can't see it. i remember i was picking at one and suddenly a huge burst of pus squirted out. it was painful and shocking, and i stayed on my skin for weeks and weeks. it seems as if i have some sort of obsession with popping pimples. i get so many all over my body that i'm fed up, and i want to get rid of it as soon as possible. so i pop them. even before they fully develop. this leaves scarring and scratches. i don't know what the hell i should do! i'm only a teenager! what's wrong with me? what's wrong with my skin? i don't know if i'm actually gonna get help out of this, but i'm feeling vulnerable and really pissed off. to make matters worse, i've got a really crooked back and i don't know how to get it straight again. i could cry.

uhhh o_O well.go to a dermatologist but for the pimple thing use a acne cleanser called Clenia. it works VERY well. your skin sounds similar to mines. I HATE PIMPLES and whenever i get them I HAVE TO POP THEM. You really need to wash you face more often and drink more water from the sounds of it you eat things with alot of oil...for your hands i think you may want to start putting on those creams, even if they are annoying. I had eczema and get rid of it by simply putting on the creams. Tell me if what i say helps you please?
