I think the above comment estimated a little too high. I don`t see how 4 people can eat $1,500 of food per month unless they`re eating out a bunch. $60,000 should be fine if you don`t need any lavish items.

I have a car payment, a mortgage, a second mortgage, and credit card debt and 1 child in college. We live in a 3000 sq. foot home. Our living expenses.....this includes everything you can imagine.....add up to about 50,000 and that is living conservatively. We don`t go out alot and we live with what we have. We spend what we make. My husband is on disability due to MS and his pay was cut in half. We get by but an extra 10000 would be nice!!!

I've been curious about this for some time because i struggled with bed-wetting well into my teenage years, and was also very late to "develop" physically -- in terms of puberty specifically, but i also seemed to follow a somewhat slower childhood "growth curve" in other areas compared to most of my peers in general. talking with some other people in online support groups, i've encountered a few other people whose experiences have been similar. have any studies or anything been done to confirm this -- whether slow growth and development in general are correlated with slow development of bladder control? or, is there any scientific or medical reason why these might be connected? i'm only speaking of physical development; none of the individuals in question were mentally retarded or had any mental or learning disorders than i am aware of -- if anything, most of them may even be a little brighter than average. it's just the physical development (height, weight, muscle development, puberty-related changes) that was slower than average, along with nocturnal bladder control. thanks for any insights anyone can offer on this!

I wish I could help but honestly I have no clue. I keep trying to "link" bed-wetting(enuresis) with various other conditions, physical characteristics and even "race". I personally have not noticed any connection between being "slow to grow" and enuresis, which may be due to hardly knowing anyone with the condition. So far, it seems bed-wetting may be more common among black youth than white youth. Why is this? I have no idea. Generally speaking, children of black African ancestry tend to go through puberty earlier than whites(see source below). So the whites are developing later, yet appear to have a lower rate of bed-wetting, according to various studies. This goes for whites and blacks living within the same countries. It very well could be due to cultural factors though, and maybe for some reason black parents are more likely to report bed-wetting. Among Europeans, it appears northern Europeans(Nordics) develop a little later than Mediterraneans, which may also largely apply when controlling for climate and other factors. Nordics do tend to be taller than Mediterraneans, and tallness is associated with later puberty. I don't know if there are significant differences in the bed-wetting rate between Mediterranean Europeans and northern Europeans. Getting back to your question: There are so many factors, both genetic(it seems to be largely or mostly genetic in most cases) and environmental that cause or are associated with smaller bladders/bed-wetting that it is difficult to explain how it comes about, and each individual suffering with this condition has their own unique profile of causes. There doesn't appear to be much scientific evidence for positing a link between bed-wetting and being "slow to mature". However, some may claim ADD/ADHD is similar to "being slow to mature" or "lacking maturity" and it appears there may be links between ADD/ADHD and bed-wetting according to some research. More research needs to be done and it must be said that having ADD/ADHD isn't the same thing as being "slow to mature". It is said that the human brain is still developing or growing as late as age 25 or 26. Maybe in those who still have bladder problems as adults and went through puberty late and matured slowly, there is that small chance the bladder may "catch up" with the rest of their body(maybe as late as age 25, or 30 even?), but like I said, it's a very small chance(especially after 30), unfortunately. After all, some children do "outgrow" this problem, and it is arbitrary where to draw the line between young adulthood and adolescence. Just trying to give the sufferers some hope.

Hello. i am hoping that a lawyer or someone, could help me with this matter. i have been in the foster care system since i was five years old. i lived with a foster family once taken from my parents, however, the story doesn't start there. my biological mother was seeing a man, that was abusive, hurtful and evil. he molested and raped me and my siblings several times. the state was fully aware of what had been done, but no action was ever taken. no investigation. nothing! also, my step father, slapped me rather hard on the back, and i was brought to the police station, but nothing happened. nothing at all. no investigation. no arrest, nothing. it was clearly child absue. nothing was done. i was abused physically, that is why i was taken away, but why didn't any criminal action take place against the offenders (my parents)? on top of that i was placed in a foster family, in upper nh. i was being abused, underfed and denied adequate clothing. i was thrown from the top bunk of a bed and other things, that i shall not mention due to the horrifying nature. iwas taken away from this family due to abrasions found on my neck. why didn't the state take legal action? child abuse is illegal! i ws then placed at a group home, where nothing really happened. however, i left just 4 days before september 11, 2001, and went to a new foster family. this foster family, was evil in every way that counts. i was treated badly. lied to! thrown to the floor. denied the ability to shower with out being watched (and i had not been hurting myself or others), the same for when i needed to use the bathroom. plus ontop of that, i was being forced into an adoption that i did not want. i had only been 11 at the time. you can't refuse to be adopted in this state until you are 14. so i freaked out and got myself kicked out. i went to a group home. from here nothing happened, that i want to sue for. however, the next place carries alot. i was placed at a group home in southern nh. here, i was denied medical treatment in a situation, where you could clearly tell that my wrist had been damaged. it had inflammed, to about twice the size of my arm. it clearly states in the nh laws for teenagers, that medical attention, when seeked out cannot be denied. it was!!!! also, there was a time, when i was thrown onto the floor, by a man that was fives times my weight! he chipped my two front teeth, which resulted in my teeth sticking in the floor tiling. i was once again denied medical attention, when there was a pool of blood surrounding my face. alert!!!! there wasa time, when i tried to run, it was 24 degrees outside in the middle of a blizzard. i got out and then tried to get back in. they locked all doors, that would allow me access to the building, which could have led to serious medical conditions. i then went to a foster family inthe middle of nh, and left due to fear of being abused. the foster father had a very bad temper. he punched the wall next to my head. he was a drunk and a druggie. nothing ever happened. no investigation. nothing!!!! i returned to the grou phome in southern nh. i got into a fight with one of the residence and was denied, the ability to press charges on her, when she started the fight. i was merely reacting with self defense. i left and went to a shelter in antrim. when here, i was denied adequate education. i was coded emotionally handicapped, however, it clearly states in my iep, that i am too attend a regular high school, with out extra services, unless requested. due to this, i was put back, in my high school career. i left this shelter and went to another more structured residental facility. at this facility, again, i was denied adequate education. i went to a special education school, doing 5th grade work, when i tested high average, when given a iq test, by a certified doctor, when determining, if i should be coded. i should have been allowed, to attend a regualr high school, but was denied this basic right. this also put me back. the town high school, was a two minute walk, from the residental facility!!!! i then went to a foster family, nothing from here do i want to sue for. i then went to another group home. here, the state didn't do much to help me out. the group home didn't do much, at first, either. so from what is stated above, what can i sue for? how much? and how do i go about sueing? p.s. also, ontop of that, i was thrown around from residental facility to residental facility and they denied my right for them to look for a foster family. so i by myself, took the liberty to put an ad in the local newspaper, and found a terrific family, that became licensed for me. i have been with them since, and regret nothing about it. the state didn't place me, i placed myself. well, i agree with the second poster. however, it was the state of nh that denied me medical attention and adequate education! as for sueing, i wouldn't do so until i was 18. evidence of abuse is still alive. scar tissue is there (surgery will soon be able to remove this). the state still has pictures on file, which i can legally access, because adults records are open to the entire public. thanks so far everyone!

You cannot sue anyone until you are 18 years old. You will have a difficult time making your case against the state because you have actually moved yourself around several times, and evidence of your abuse will be difficult to produce after the fact.

The best resolution this monitor does is 1366x768. That's not a bad resolution, but it's also only 768p (also called 720p). Even though it says it does 1080i, that means that the monitor's circuitry is downconverting the 1920x1080 resolution to 1366x768. That means, 1080i will look ok, but not perfect. For $650, though, it's not a bad deal. If you're fine with the 720p resolution, then this monitor will work well. However, if you want the highest definition, that would be 1080p (1920x1080). This resolution is now coming onto more and more monitors, but it also comes with a higher price tag. You may not find one of these at Walmart either. You may have to visit Best Buy to find a 1080p LCD or Plasma panel. You will see a difference in resolution between a 720p panel and a 1080p panel. So, the only reason I mention this is that you don't want to outlay $650 only to become disenchanted with it in 6 months and have to spend another $800-1500 to get a 1080p panel.

A few years ago i used to run an average of 15-20 miles a week. during that time, when i would stretch my legs my inner hip area would pop (it wouldn't hurt but it did feel better after my hip popped). then when i became pregnant with my first child i stopped running as i had an incredibly hard time gaining weight. during that time my hips actually started hurting and the only way to make them feel better was to literally place my feet shoulder width apart and bend slightly forward to the left to pop the left inner area of my hip and again do it to the right side (if i didn't do this, the pain would progress throughout the day and my inner hip area would feel really tight). i figured the pain was worse during pregnancy because the hips are supposed to be relaxed and because i had a lot of pressure on my hips due to the baby. however, after the pregnancy the need to pop my inner hip area never went away. now it's gotten worse to the point that when i get out of bed or even try to do something simple as using my left leg to push an object to the right (or vice versa) my inner hip/leg area goes through a considerable amount of pain. also, now when i try to pop my inner hip area, i have no problem doing it to my right hip but when i try to pop my left inner hip the first time i lean forward and bend i now get a jolt of pain in my outer hip (and it feels like it runs towards the back of my butt). so now, i actually have to hold my outer hip with one hand and hold on to something like a counter-top for support with the other to help ease the initial pain. once it does pop though, the pain in the inner and outer hip area go away instantly, but when i go back to a normal standing position the front part of my hip feels tight. i can't say it's due to weight and pressure anymore as i actually weigh less now then what i did before i was pregnant (i'm 5'2" and prior to the pregnancy i weighed 125 and only gained 9.4lbs and after pregnancy i dropped down to 103 as i exclusively breastfed for awhile). so i apologize for the "novel" however i figured i'd give as much information as possible. but my questions are basically this: what is going on with my hips? and, if i need to see a doctor, what type of doctor would be best suited to take a look at this?

vow.Pretty detailed explanation.Based on your history it looks like you may be having hip dysplasia.Sometimes the only way around it is total hip replacement or arthroplasty.Pls see a orthopedic specalist for x rays to begin with.Pelvic bones(hip frame) has an acetabulum in it which is like a cup.This holds the femur(thigh bone) head.Head rotates inside the acetabulum resulting in movements in hip and thigh.But if the acetabulum is dysplastic(hip dysplasia) or not entirely cupped, the head of femur pops out.During pregnancy the pelvis widens which temporarily increases the depth of actabulum cup causing it to retain the femur head better.But this often rubs on and causes more damage.Hence more damage resulting in more pain and discomfort.Hope this helps
