pretty much your normal diet? if you prepare your food yourself. there are an abundant supply of tofu there so...yeah. also remember not to take bonito flakes, there are actually shavings from a fish. and when cooking dont add the bonito seasoning. morning: miso soup with tofu&/ seaweed rice some side dishes, you can try boiled veggies/ tofu/ natto etc lunch: maybe some sandwich? egg mayo sandwich? or prepare your own bento/lunchboxes dinner: maybe sushi that dont contain seafood...there are tons check the source !(:

I am obsessed with my height and its killing me, i feel like killing myself every night, i know it sounds selfish but i can't help it, i am 17 now and 5ft 9, i don't do any sports, i don't go to school, i hate life as it is and i know that i can't live my life if i don't get taller, i will always feel small, and i don't care if people say im tall already, because i'm not, i want to look like a real man and not a child. people are smaller but does that mean i'm not allowed to have feelings? iv'e never had a girlfriend but i know i will have a better chance if i am over 6ft. i eat and eat but it never works, i read all the time about how diet and genetics affect height, but if that is the case then why aren't i growing, i eat more food and better quality food than your average person, but im still not growign, why are we being lied to about height!? please i need hope for my life.

You need to redirect your energy to something other than your height that you can't change. Volunteer your time at a hospital or a homeless shelter and you can see that there are people in this world with a lot more problems than you worrying about your height.

I am a very healthy person. i never eat junk food, never drink pop. i exercise regularly and i swim heavily every night. all i ever eat are healthy foods and im a water whore, i drink tons of water a day have never really done anything harmful to my body in my life until now.....i know this because all my doctors say im in excellent shape for my age, i have very good endurance and i am the perfect weight and have good muscle mass. im an 18 year old male and live in america.....i just feel the need to have a cigarette at times. im by far from the average smoker, i will only have maybe one every month..not one pack.....one cigarette a month, only when im feeling stressed. now you take that and compare it to the average smoker and thats hardly anything at all now i know what kinds of obnoxious immature answers im going to get because i have asked this before, but please. give me an honest gentle answer to what you think of that lifestyle. i know in the long run no matter what cigarettes will hurt you and i know maybe its a bad decision on my part, but hey, no ones perfect, if you are, i'd like to hear about your perfect life. do you think a well above average healthy person who smokes one cigarette a month (if even that) and drinks lots of water daily and eats healthy and exercises will have a life much different if he didnt smoke that one a month?
