it's not and it wil never work. those people neverlearn, from 100 years of taxation history, they still don't get it. he says $200k-250k, but if you look closely he means those will have them raised or the same(and by letting the bush tax cuts lapse , those people will for sure be paing more) and below $50k-$90k will have a reduction.
