Q. What to eat to lose weight healthy and fast? i want to go on a diet, starting tuesday and i want to know what to eat to lose weight fast.
example)
breakfast- what u want me to eat
lunch-
dinner-
snack-
and etc.
please no answers that say dont lose weight dont lose it fast, all i want is a chart that will help me lose weight and give me ideas, and what to do to lose weight
"Dinner- chicken taco salad..."
lots of fruits and vegetables here's what I would eat:
Breakfast- fruit and cereal ( cheerios & strawberries or bananas) or a fruit and yogurt parfait and a muffin w/ jam from McDonald's
Lunch- turkey club wrap ( 2 slices turkey, 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 slices avocado, and 2 tbsp. light ranch dressing in a whole grain wrap) or Pb's sammie (2 tbsp peanut butter and sliced banana between 2 slices whole-wheat toast)
Dinner- chicken taco salad ( romain lettuce, tomatoes, 1/4 cup of grilled chicken strips, 2 tbsp light shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup black beans, and salsa) or shrimp stir-fry (6 large precooked shrimp, 2 cups frozen stir fry veggies, 1 cup brown rice, and 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce)
Snacks- light popcorn sprinkled with Parmesan or an apple with a few slices of light cheddar or scoop of frozen yogurt w/ blueberries and chocolate chips

What foods are there to eat that help/make you lose weight fast? i want to lose weight. i'm in college i eat in a dinning hall and am busy but i do have time to go to the gym. i go to the gym about 2-3 times a week for about a half an hour. what foods are there to eat that help/make you lose weight fast? remeber i eat in a dinning hall.

i dont like pushing vegetarianism on people for personal reasons, but i do for health reasons. if youre looking to lose weight, cutting out meat will offer great results. everyone i know who has become a vegetarian-the right way-has seen a dramatic weight loss in the beginning. its definitely sustainable too, if you keep on a healthy track. there are alterna-meats which make it really easy. also, despite what some people believe, it can be a lot cheaper than being a carnivore.
at any rate, if you cant see yourself taking that route, eat LEAN meats only. limit carbs, and even if you eat meats, try to use beans in place of meats in some dishes. you will see an impact even with this step.


Q. How many calories should i eat to lose weight fast!!? my goal weight is about 100lbs. i am 5'6 and weigh about 130lbs. how many calories should i eat per day to lose weight fast??

100 pounds at 5`6 is NOT a good idea. You'd look, and be, too thin while looking unattractive (I'm 5`6 myself and I weight 120 lbs).
Aim for 115-120 lbs. You might want to eat between 1150-1200 calories a day to get at this weight while doing cardio for 45-60 minutes a day, 5-6 times a week if possible.

depends you will lose water weight and you wil lose some body fat but after a certain amount of time 80-90% of your continuing weight loss will be muscle because your forcing yourself into starvation mode which is obviously not a good idea.
