here's my exercise routine
that i have planned out. (tell me
what you think) (i know its long
but i really could use some help
from some1 whos a doctor or a
health nutritionist or expierenced
with this.)
1.) 3 ab exercises from seventeen
magazine april 2010 issue. (1x)
they are:
1. the reach, twist &
quiver:
a. sit up, legs bent. reach
arms straight out and hook thumbs
together.
b. lean back half way and
pull your belly in tight. twist
slowly to the left, then to the
right. do 10 times.
c. from center, roll down
and stop when abs start to quiver.
hold for 30 seconds, then rest and
repeat entire movie twice.
2. heel click (im not very
good at this one so yah. any adivce
for it?)
a. lie down. press your
back into the floor with legs bent
at a 90 degree angle and toes
pointed. reach arms straight up
with thumbs hooked together.
b. press arms forward toward
toes and lift upper back off floor.
straighten and lower legs as low
as you can with lower back flat,
then turn toes out. tapidly click
heels for 30 seconds.
3. knee pull:
a. start in a push-up
position. make your body a
straight line from head to heels
with your belly button pulled
tight.
b. use your abs to pull
the rigtht knee forward toward your
nose. return to start, then repeat
with the left knee. thats one rep.
do two sets of 10.
2.) 100 side situps (per side)
3.) 50 squats
4.) 25 lunges (per leg)
5.) 50 pushups (i do half ones that
ok?)
6.) 25 leg sweeps (per leg)
7.) leg circles (7 each way) (per
leg)
8.) 50 crunches (25 double, 25
bycicle)
9.) jump in out/forward back turns
(10x)
10.) stand & go down to pushup
& do 15 pushups (1x)
11.)15 squat jump
12.) 10 crunch march (bring leg up
to oposite arm/elbow)
13.)kick front, side, back (5
reps)
14.) 25 leg lifts (per leg)
15.) 30 min dancing
so this enough? it used to be
double that but i dont have time
with school. this is probably
about 1 hour the other routine was
2 hours. but on school days
(monday-friday) i have dance class
everyday and thats great exercise.
so on weekends i'd do this
routine 2 times.
do i need to add more? and plz tell
me what are good things to eat
while on this diet. mind u i will
eat a lil candy when im my goal but
just as a treat. i want to get to
my goal by the 28th of this month
and then not have to have another
summer of exercise. that would be
my third summer doing that and i
just wana have fun and feel good in
a bikini.
and plz no hate comments. its a
waste of your time and mine. i am
not trying to be these celebs i
just think they have great bods and
i want mine like tht and to have
confidence.
i'm like 5'5 or 5'6
i think. i weigh about 120-123.5
pounds i think. thats approx. and
i'm 16. i used to weigh like
147 in gr 8 and now im in gr 10. im
a lot skinnier than then but i
still am not happy. i dislike my
muffin top, flabby arms at the
bttm, jiggle butt, jiggle thighs.
oh and does anyone know how to get
rid of blackheads fast on ur legs.
no hate comments or mean stuff plz
its useless to everyone. pls answer
all. =d i really need to reach this
goal.

choose all my meals since im 16 so
dinner is like whatever my mom
cooks. is that ok?
i always walk to school and home
which is good execise. takes me
about 15-20 min to get to school
but im a slow walker.
so if i did my exercise routine
would it work? i dont have time to
do 2 hrs on school nights casue of
homework but on weekends i have
time to do the routine 2x so would
that work. 2x on weekends 1x on
schooldays. can i make it in 2
weeks? 3 weeks?
this good food:
breakfast-a bar
lunch- a fruit (apple or grapes)
and a sandwhich, crasont (only
sometimes) or pizza prezzle thing.
super-whatever my mom makes
then cut out my after school snack
and after dinner b4 bed snacks and
just drink water. plz answer.
oh and also what is power walking?
and for dancing i makeup my own
routine and just kinda dance
around. but i know i need more
stuff than dancing. even though i
hate the other stuff but i lovve
the dancing. i could do everthing
2x 2wice on weekend but have 2 hrs
of dance instead of 1. would tht
work. everything but dancing 2x
and 1 hr of dance on weekends then
on school day the routine as its
written?? i have dance class at
school. its 1 hr and 20 min but not
all of tht is danicng of course
csue warm up and getting dressed
when we get there. so more like 50
min or 1 hr. idk.

Okay about weight loss.
I haven't ever really dieted but my mom did and she lost like 10 pounds a week!!
Firstly she totally got rid of bread, juices (that aren't freshly made), soda (of course), rice, oily food etc... She ate nutritious bars and excercised like a good bit. She'd walk the treadmill, go to the gym and do some sit ups. Most importantly she made vegetable juices. Like we have a juicer so you cut the veges up and put them in it to juice. She'd add apples to the veges (juiced) which makes it a little sweet so you'd enjoy it more. Apples are the only fruits you can add to the veges because if you use anything else it tends to ferment inside your stomach. Drink that juice like you drink water, workout and you'll see how fast you'll lose that weight.
Before you go to sleep I suggest sit ups, they really do wonders.
Breakfast is really important and though you think a bar might tak you through the day, it can't.
So for breakfast I suggest eggs (which is very good for ppl on diets) and lettuce. It isn't too light yet noway close to heavy! For dinner, I think you shouldn't eat too late nor heavy. Those before bed snacks are pretty bad unless they're fruits.
You know I read that it's really good to drink water as soon as you wake up. I do it, but only when I remember lol.
I think your exercise routine is enough if not too much. You don't want to overwork your body okay.
During your diet you are allowed "cheat" days where you eat your little junk but just know that after you've lost this weight you have to continue watching it because it's easy to put it back on!
I think your diet is realistic, which is most important, and it's something that will allow weight loss. So, good luck in this endeavor!
