I notice my trousers are tighter but I don't usually weigh myself at any time of the month. I did do it a few times a couple of years ago and I noticed I was always at least a kilo heavier at that time of the month . I think it came around the start of the period.

This is completely normal. I usually gain 5-7lbs in water weight and feel bloated etc. But I have started drinking more water (2-3 litres a day) and maybe drink more at that time. It's been 3 months since I started making sure I drink a lot of water and this time I didn't gain any weight! Drinking lots of water actually helps to alleviate water weight gain. Dont let it get you down or off track with working out. Keep up the good work!
