Shelly - Diets dont work - pills dont work safely - why not do what does work and exercise, a simple movement will burn calories. Dont give yourself a target such as 6 months, this is putting pressure on yourself mentally and your body physically. Dont see that Doctor again, why would he tell you to lose the weight, but not give any advice on how to do it, he should know that what hes asking you to lose is unrealistic and also unhealthy. If you need to lose 60lbs in the next 6 months, it means that you have been overweight likely for the past 6 years or more. Healthy weightloss should not be a quick fix, go back to my site and click on the members area, if you click through the logos for where it says members click here, you will find that you will enter our paid members area currently for free (as were having a new updated site so turned the software There is a complete section there on dealing with weightloss. Avoid the pills and gimmicks - avoid the pressure of time scale - put your money into some good training shoes and begin walking / exercise.   We do not recommend diet pills to anyone.   If you have an eating disorder, you need to address that.   It`s never about what you`re eating, it`s what`s eating you.   I urge you to talk to a doctor &/or therapist who has experience treating someone with an eating disorder.   The faster you begin recovery, the better. I need to lose about 60 pounds in the next 6 months according to the Doctor. What pills can you recommend. Diets don`t work for me. I need a pill to assist. but I need one that is safe.

Phentramin-d and Acompliex are both very good weight loss products. The Acompliex is for appetite suppression only. The dosage on the Acompliex is 1 or 2 capsules before meals, not to exceed 4 capsules per day. Most of our customers are having very good results taking 1 Acompliex before breakfast, and 1 Acompliex before lunch. If you take this dosage, then 1 bottle will last you 1 month. The Phentramin-d has many more attributes to help with weight loss such as, Suppressing appetite, Stimulating metabolism, Enhancing Thyroid Function, and Increasing energy levels. So the Phentramin-d has more ingredients in it to help with weight loss. However, many of our customers are unable to take any stimulants, so the Acompliex is a better choice if you can not take stimulants or are sensitive to them. I am now 61 years old,I have tried everything in my lifetime to get quick fix ways to lose a few pounds. I took diet pills when I was a bit younger and it slowly but surely raised my blood pressure without my knowledge, Then a lot of my hair fell out (in clumps) . I went to the Dr. discovered the extreme high blood pressure and the reason my hair was falling out. IT WAS THE STUPID DIET PILLS! DON'T TAKE DIET PILLS!!! Drink lots of water and green tea go for a fast walk every day 5 miles or more and eat what you want but don't eat so much of it. If you do that everyday and then once in a while pig out you will be OK and settle into a normal weight.

Well, I'd love to see where you got your research. Diet pills don't work. If they did, don't you think everyone would be thin? We'd all just take a "pretty effective" pill and fit in smaller jeans. The only thing diet pill marketers are pretty effective at is making your wallet smaller. If you really want to lose weight for the long term, you need to accept the fact that there are no shortcuts and you just need to learn to eat right and exercise. Diet pills don't work, and on the bottle it says to eat healthy and exercise...so am saving my money this time. So it depends if you are eating right and exercising really. UPDATE I have to agree with you on that, so many people always think your going to gain weight after you lost it. I lost 20 pounds in four days doing a strict diet and never gained back a pound of it and I did that a year ago. Clue: after any diet healthy or not don't eat like its your last day on earth.
