I want to weigh around 77 pounds. right now i weigh around 100 and i'm 4 foot 5, and i'm 14. how can i lose my 23 pounds in 1 month without pills?!

Why does it have to be a month? That sounds a little dangerous to me - 20 pounds in one month is a little much . It's not very healthy to lose that much weight in such a little amount of time. The best thing to do, is not try to reach for 20 pounds in a month, just go day to day, or even week to week. Set your goal at something like 2-3 pounds a week. If you lose more, great! But don't overdo yourself. Exercise and diet is always best. Eat healthy and exercise for 20-30 minutes each day. Good luck!

OMG, that would not be healthy! try losing small amounts at a time. Try ordering those special foods that come in the mail. or.... 1 don't eat large proportions 2 do NOT eat junk food or candy 3 go on jogs every day 4 do crunches every other day 5 eat healthy 6 by eating healthy i mean salad, some meats, fruits and veggies 7 don't freak about your weight, it's just a number hope this helps!

Im 14 years old and weigh 157 pounds. im approximately 5ft 5 in. i hav asthma so its a bit hard for me to exersise all the time. i would like to lose, at the least 15 pounds as soon and as healthy as possible. my goal weight would be about 130 but just to start out with 15-20 lbs. any ideas how to do this??

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far. I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism. 2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. Im 5'7 and i weigh 154.4.but my 36d boobs contribute to the weight. im one of those people who look skinny but im not. i really big thighs. and love handles. and i have four pack abs. but i need to loose that lower part. i wear size 11 pants and i wanna fit back into 6 or 7. i need excercises i can do everyday that won't hurt my back ( i already have back problems ) and i need to do it right before i leave to school. and no diet pills please. i need excercises and food! and home remedy for losing water weight. thank you!

Cut out all sodas Cut all all potatoes....fries, mashed potato, etc. no pasta or rice cut out meat eat chicken breast or fish no fry anything- bake it or broil it no sweets or cakes eat a good healthy breakfast-eggs, oatmeal, fruits, cereal (healthy cereal-not sugar coated stuff) snack 2hrs after breakfast-fruits, cheese sticks, yogurt, vegetables (no salad dressing) eat a healthy lunch-salad, chicken, fish, tuna, etc. snack again 2hrs later dinner should be very light....very light no fast food, chinese food, pizza, etc. Exercise as much as you can. If you can not go anywhere (walking) do it at home while watching TV. Doing something every day is better than nothing at all. You should feel hungry...don't starve yourself but it is ok and good to feel slightly hungry. Check out sparkpeople.com for really good food advice and meal plans. Every night.. (for the past 2 nights) i do at least 150 sit up.... or crunches... lol.. and then i do as many as i can after that... and i don't do it all at once.. ill like do 10.. then ill wait a min.. then ill do 10 more.. ill wait a min.. then do 5... so that's 25... and then ill do that 3 more times.... and that's 100.... then i do it 2 more times. and that's 50...so all together that's 150 =d and i don't eat as much.. and i be really active... and i also go for a walk around our camp park (takes me half hour... its a real long path way. i have to go all the way around a river xd..) and! i do at least 50 jumping jacks..... this means alot to me... and im 14.... and do not tell me "your only 14 u doave to worry bout ur weight", and bout ur abs and **** and u dont have to worrie bout being attractive" and **** bcuz it matters!!! alot.... but before i use to try as hard as i could not to eat.. and if i did eat i puked... now i eat.... but i have to work it off.. or ill feel gross. and will end up puking..... and dont tell me "dont do stuff like that bcuz it wrecks ur body more than makes it look good". and stuff like that...bcuz i kno thats whii im eating..and exorsizing..... but now my tummy hurts like a b**ch!.. bcuz i worked out to much. and my legs burn for walking to far and doing to maney jumpin jacks and i feel pooped out. and i feel i have to work out... my goal is to be at most 115 by school..... and to at least start to have abbs.. so is it healthy the way im doing it??? will the pain go away after a while?? is it juss cuz im not use to it??? oooh yeeah... and by the way..... im 5'7 and i weight 140ish.. or 135 punds.. 115 lbs for someone who's 5'7 is unhealthy. It is considered underweight and has a host of medical risks associated with it from being underweight. Please find a more reasonable goal that doesn't jeopardize your health. (chart below). If you are in a lot of pain it's because you're damaging your muscles. Being a bit sore the next day is perfectly normal, but if you find that you can't sit up in the morning because you're in too much pain then you've over done your work out and have caused too much damage to be building up your muscles. Tone back your exercise and slowly work your way up to doing more sit ups/working out longer.

Anything that causes you to lose that much weight that fast can't be good for you. Exercise is number one. I also know that Ally works. It causes your body to reject the fat in your food and it just passes through.
